Ok, so I've listened to this a few times now. I know it is pointed at women, but it applies as much to men methinks. Of the points you made, the idea of making choices/next steps from a place of lack, fear and despair instead of from a place of empowered, calm, self-trust was phrased in a way that it went in - yes, ironic, I know - at a time that I needed it. So, thank you.

We truly do have the answers, we just have to be willing to

Listen and then ACCEPT and trust ourselves!

Thank you for your insightful comment and listening!! I know for me, the acceptance part has proven to be the thing that has thrown me off over the years. I didn’t realize how much I was fighting against or trying to change that ‘just was’. Once I started there, I had the clarity to open up to next steps. Constant practice!

Thank you! Absolutely a daily practice, because we just were not taught to trust ourselves. The practice is checking in with the things that make me human, my body, my emotions, and then the thoughts and beliefs. By intending for this practice we can create that trust and then instinct of I have the answers.
