BTS… I’m prepping my coffee the night before

Life feels very wholesome at the moment, and I love it. BIG time.

It’s Friday! I spent the last week in mom mode pre celebrating Faith, my youngest child’s TWENTIETH BIRTHDAY …

😳🥹🫡🥳🤪😭🤠🤯🤔🤩🫠😏🫨😵‍💫😵

Which meant me putting my column on hold this week. But not two workouts a day, cooking for family, driving my kids to and fro, plus my regularly scheduled work and podcast.

I know you won’t miss it and fully support me spending time with my children 🙃

Below is a video update and some pics from this last week. None of us running because my son said no when I asked to take it ‘after we finish running mom’ and then we forgot. Until I remembered we forgot and have not let him forget he told me no to the one thing I cherish most: documenting our moments together. It’s officially an unforgettable run for that reason alone 😂

Fortunately, I’ve discovered that prepping my coffee the night before is better than waiting for someone to bring it to me in the morning ☕️🥰 (insert all the orgasms analogies)
